Transport
Transport will be provided from the Ceremony to the Reception.

Parking is available near the church at St. Peter's Primary School car park which is just a little up the hill. Parking is also available at Thornton Manor – please use the Gate House main entrance and someone will be there to direct you.

What is the dress code?
We’re hoping for a glorious British summer’s day and have chosen our dress code accordingly. The dress code is "Summer formal" for a formal garden party atmosphere. We encourage guests to dress up for the occasion, keeping it formal, elegant and relaxed.
For men, we suggest wearing a lounge suit paired with a tie. Feel free to wear either a more summery linen/lightweight option or a more traditional business suit. For women, we encourage a long elegant gown, a chic cocktail dress, or a sophisticated trouser suit.
Where are the nearest train stations?
We would advise getting a train into Chester train station and then grabbing a taxi to your accommodation on the Wirral (it is around a 20-25 min drive). You could also get a train into Liverpool Lime Street Station which is also a 20-25 min drive. Both trains run from London Euston station, and it takes 2 hrs 10 mins to Chester and 2hrs 20 mins to Liverpool.
There is also a connection (Merseyrail) to Heswall, Wirral from Chester and Liverpool. Check train timetable for times.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be based indoors at the church, and we are hoping for our champagne reception to be outdoors on the lawn
How do I let you know about my dietary requirements?
We want to accommodate all guests, so if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies which you have not already confirmed when RSVPing, kindly let us know ASAP.
Can I bring a plus-one?
If your invitation includes a plus-one, we would love for you to bring them. If not, we are unfortunately unable to extend additional invites due to space limitations. Thank you for understanding.
Are children invited to the wedding?
We adore all of the children in our lives, but due to space limitations, we can only invite the children of close family.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that all guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present in the moment.
