Our Love Story
On a cold, January morning in 2019, Gavin and Lauren crossed paths for the first time. In a London personal training studio, at 6am three times a week, Gavin's fitness journey transitioned into a romantic one observing Lauren as she worked. Her warm heart and kindness lit up the room. After 11 months of Gavin building up the confidence to ask Lauren out, they met in late November to attend the Tina Turner musical in London's West End. Lauren was impressed by Gavin's courteous nature as well as his spontaneity and drive for life. That was the beginning of a globe-trotting adventure, sharing their passion for work, travel and fitness, complimenting each other's strengths and weaknesses. In September 2024, Gavin took Lauren to a Greek island for a fitness retreat, with a hidden agenda... to propose at sunset overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. She said YES...

Gavin's friend of over 20 years, who he met as a former football team mate at Crystal Palace FC. Their relationship is strong to this day, through the highs and lows of life and business. A friend who has mentored Gavin to become the best version of himself.
Maid Of Honour- Cara
Lauren's younger sister Cara became a friend as much as she was a sister in Laurens adult life. Different but similar, Cara has qualities Lauren loves and admires. She is a force of nature, witty and intelligent but always supportive of Laurens dreams and aspirations.
Lauren's Mum - Catherine
Catherine is an innately warm, caring mother figure. With credit to her part Scottish roots, she has been a strong female role model for Lauren & Cara. Lauren was very close to Catherine’s mum Dorothy, a funny, friendly Glaswegian lady with the biggest heart. Catherine is Dorothys daughter in every way.
