Our Love Story
Cody & Clare met through mutual friends in their early 20s and went on as acquaintances, until they reconnected about 10 years later in early 2023. Clare was living in Southern Manitoba at the time but, when she started a new job later that year, moving her closer to the area Cody calls home, sparks flew!

Location
Our home (the wedding venue) is located North of the townsite of Pine River, and just North of the Pine River bridge (and Rd192) on Provincial Hwy #10, on the West side of the road. Please use the provided Google Maps Location Code to find us by typing it in to the search bar in the app. We will place a sign at the end of the driveway to guide you! When you reach our driveway, turn West off Hwy 10 and follow the arrows as indicated on the picture below to find our meadow at the North end of our property, which will be the parking and camping lot.
Accommodation Information
Pine River is located about halfway between Swan River and Dauphin. There are many accommodation options available in both Swan River & Dauphin. If you're looking for an adventure, Duck Mountain Provincial Park isn't far away either. We also have lots of space for campers and tents (no electricity) if that interests you too! Things To Know
Are the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same venue?
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held at our home. Please bear in mind that there is no cell service so plan accordingly.
Are children invited to the wedding?
Yes! Your children are invited but bringing them or not is entirely up to you. Please include them on your RSVP so we can accommodate for everyone!
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal or dressy casual
What's for supper?
Chicken, salads, potato, perogies, cabbage rolls, vegetables, buns, dessert variety. Open bar. Late lunch served.
What are the accommodation options?
Check out the accommodation section of our site! There are options in Swan River or Dauphin, or you are more than welcome to bring your camper or tent. Please plan for a sober ride home!!
What else should I bring?
You may find it useful to bring bug spray, a lawn chair and a change of clothes for the bonfire & fire works. Full service washrooms will be provided where you can change.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please make sure to submit your RSVP by June 30th, so that we can give all our vendors the final numbers on time!
Things To Do In Our Area
Pine River is conveniently located between Swan River and Dauphin, at the foot of the Duck Mountain Provincial Park, meaning there is lots for you to do if you want to make a weekend of it! Duck Mountain Provincial Park lakes: Blue (kayak, canoe, etc. rentals available here), Childs, Singuish, Wellman (great restaurant here). There are also many hiking trails in the park!
