Ceremony
The ceremony will begin at 2pm so we recommend arriving a little earlier and having a look around the beautiful grounds before taking a seat.
3.00pm
Cocktail Hour
Mingle and indulge in some delicious canapés and drinks on the tiered lawn whilst we get our wedding portraits taken.
5.30pm
Reception
Feast on an Italian style banquet menu whilst we soak in the excitement of becoming newlyweds. Hear a few tales and have a boogie on the dancefloor!
Transport
DRIVING Krinklewood is a pleasant two-hour drive from Sydney and a 20-minute drive from Pokolbin. Free parking is available onsite. COMPLIMENTARY BUS SHUTTLE We want you to relax and safely enjoy our big day! That is why we have arranged free transportation to and from your accomodation and the wedding. The bus shuttle offers door to door pick up & return service from any hotel, airbnb or other accomodation in the Hunter Valley. Once you have booked your accomodation, if you could please let us know if you would like to use the bus service as well as where you plan to stay. This is where you will be picked up from before the wedding and dropped off to at the end of the night.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? Formal attire. Wear something that makes you feel incredible and also comfortable. Ladies, we don't recommend stiletto heels due to grass and gravel. WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS? Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so bring a jacket if you think you'll need one. Average September temperatures in the Hunter Valley are 21-25°C. ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT THE SAME VENUE? Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held at Krinklewood. IS THERE AVAILABLE PARKING? Yes, free parking is available onsite at Krinklewood. IS THERE A SHUTTLE BUS? Yes, we have arranged free transportation to and from your chosen accomodation and the wedding. We have further information in the 'Transport' section of this website. IS THERE ANYWHERE LOCAL WE CAN STAY? The Hunter Valley region has many accomodation options, all perfectly situated amongst the rolling vineyards. We have listed a few options we recommend in the 'Accomodation' section of this website. ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED? We truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children to our wedding however we are only able to invite the children of our immediate families. If you absolutely must bring your children, we’ve partnered with Rural Nannies who provide top-notch babysitting services. Please get in touch with us for further details, and to get a discount code for their services. CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE? Due to space constraints at the venue, we are regrettably unable to extend invitations for additional plus ones. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.
