Nearly 13 years later and here we are!
Please join us to celebrate getting married, with food, drink and music in the beautiful New Forest next to the sea.
Schedule
Saturday April 18, 2026
1:00pm - 11:59pm
Ceremony & Recepetion
Please arrive by 1:00pm at the latest to ensure you are seated ready for the ceremony to start at 1:30pm.
After the ceremony there will be drinks and canapes, followed by a seated meal with speeches. After the meal we will cut our cake and have our first dance; hopefully the dancing won't stop until it's time to go home.
Please stay to celebrate with us until midnight!
Pylewell House, Pylewell, East End, Lymington SO41 5SJ, UK
Go on.... wear that item you've never had the courage to wear!
Think smart, colourful and a little bit eccentric.
Fancy hats are encouraged, when else do you get to wear them?!
Shoes
Depending on the weather, you may be walking on grass and gravel, so block heels would be more sensible than stilettos!
Coats
We would love to spend as much time as possible outside (weather permitting) so please make sure you bring your best coat.
Driving to Pylewell & Parking
The drive through the forest to Pylewell is really lovely. We would suggest the most scenic route is the Beaulieu rd (B3055) turning onto Hatchet Lane (B3054).
Please check your sat nav to avoid traffic, as the forest can get quite busy in the holidays.
There will be plenty of parking when you arrive.
Please come all the way down the drive and turn right towards the main house, you will be shown where to go.
If you would like to get a taxi you can leave your car at Pylewell and pick it up the following morning.
Please pre-book taxis as there are no ubers in this area! These are some local taxi companies:
Lymington Taxis: 01590 688888
Brockenhurst Taxis: 01590 615 141
Keith’s Private Hire Taxis: 07788 665846
A2B Taxis: 07825 372 184
OC Cars: 07789121749
Allports: 01590 679792
The closest train stations are Lymington and Brockenhurst.
Accommodation
There are plenty of airbnbs, pubs with rooms and hotels in the area. Pylewell is only a 2 minute drive from Lymington.
In particular there are some really sweet cottages if you prefer to experience the real forest, with the forest ponies walking past your door; or you could try staying in Lymington, which is a town with lots of character.
We understand how much effort and cost it can be to attend a wedding; so we would be really grateful to receive cards instead of gifts- brownie points if they're homemade!
It would be lovely if you donated to a charity close to your heart in place of a gift.
Pylewell Park and the Surrounding area
Pylewell Park is beautiful and is situated right next to the sea in the New Forest national park. The closest town is Lymington which is only a 2 minute drive away.
There is a lot to do in the area, so we would really suggest you come for longer and see the lovely New Forest. You could visit Salisbury Cathedral, drive down to the Jurassic coast, or simply enjoy all the beaches and walking in the Forest. There really is so much to do, we hope you enjoy where we live.
