From Then to Now
Who knew two people from the same little island would have to leave it to find each other? We first met in July 2017. Chloe was living in Sheffield, about to go into her final year as a student nurse, and Ash was in Warrington, right in the middle of opening his own gym. On paper, the timing probably wasn’t ideal, but somehow it just worked. Between long shifts, training, and plenty of miles up and down the motorway, we got to know each other properly, and things just clicked. After a year of doing the long-distance thing, Chloe made the move to Warrington and that was that. Life started to properly come together, and in April 2020, Polly Matilda arrived and changed everything for the better. As our little family grew, we knew we wanted to come home. So in 2022, we moved back to Anglesey to raise our family by the sea, in a place that feels like home to us, with the slower pace and simple life we both love. Then in September 2023, Artie came along, and life got even louder, busier and better. In September 2024, Ash proposed at South Stack at sunset, with Polly there to see it all. It was simple, special, and completely us. Of course, Chloe said yes. Now we just can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all the people who mean the most to us. Bring your dancing shoes. And maybe a tissue.
Where & When
Where to Stay
The Treaddur Bay Hotel is a 7-minute walk from the Church and a 2-minute walk from the party venue. It couldn't be any easier. They've also kindly offered our guests 20% off with breakfast included, and this is a fully flexible rate. There are, however, only 47 rooms available, so this will be on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your room, please call them on 01407 860301 and tell them you're with the wedding party. Alternatively, you do have the Premier Inn in Holyhead, which is a 5-minute drive away.
All You Need to Know
We thought you might be wondering...
Are children invited to the wedding?
As much as we love your little ones, for the wedding, we’re keeping it to immediate family children only. We really hope you can still come and enjoy the day with us.
Are the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same venue?
No, the ceremony will be in St Ffraids Church, the church where Chloe was christened (love a bit of Sentimentality), and the reception at Oceans Edge Restaurant.
When do we need to RSVP by?
ASAP but no later than the 2nd of August 2026, please.
Our Honeymoon Fund
We’re lucky to already have everything we need for our home. So instead of gifts, we’d love a little contribution to help us escape on our honeymoon. To relax, explore, and make a few new memories as Mr and Mrs Owen.
