RSVP
Please let us know if you can celebrate with us! We would love to hear from you by 1st August to help with planning the venue layout/setup and catering. If that feels a bit early, no worries. We can accept RSVPs up until the beginning of March 2027. We know planning so far in advance can be tricky, so if you RSVP and later need to change your plans, that is absolutely fine. Just drop us a message to let us know before 1st March 2027 if possible. To help us keep everything up to date, you may be asked to add or update your contact details when prompted. If you’re attending as a couple, family, or group, you’ll be asked to RSVP for each guest individually. If you can’t find yourself or someone in your party when searching for your name on the RSVP form, please add a note in your RSVP or update the missing details here: https://sayi.do/andyandkevin/forms/guest-self-entry Once you’ve completed your RSVP, you can return to our wedding website at https://andyandkevin.com After you've RSVP'd, the full Schedule and Q&A sections will unlock and appear for you. If anything is still missing, simply click the RSVP button again and select “Complete Missing Details” to refresh the site (you can skip adding details if you've already done it). Please click the button below to RSVP.

Our Story
Andy and Kevin met in March 2017 when Kevin was travelling around Europe and stopped in Manchester. After a wonderful weekend together, it was clear there was something special, and Kevin soon invited Andy to visit him back home in Chicago. What followed were three years of frequent trips between Manchester and Chicago, and a very serious commitment to airline loyalty points. Eventually, they decided it was time to build a life together, with Kevin planning a move to the UK. They had a low-key legal ceremony in the basement of Chicago City Hall in December 2019, expecting Kevin’s move to follow shortly afterwards, but unfortunately just in time for Covid to close borders around the world. After a long and frustrating 11-month wait, they were finally reunited in November 2020, when Kevin moved to the UK to settle with Andy in Manchester. Andy and Kevin always dreamed of celebrating their marriage with a big party surrounded by friends and family. But between lockdowns, the immigration process, and saving for their first home together, that celebration had to wait, until now. They can’t wait to finally bring everyone together and celebrate their marriage in the way they always imagined.
Public Transport
The Castlefield Rooms is located on the edge of Manchester city centre and is just a short walk from Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop and Deansgate train station. Trams and trains are tap-and-go with contactless payment cards, but do remember to tap out at the end of your journey. The free bus (Route 1) also stops nearby on Liverpool Road, running every 10 minutes on a circular route around the city centre.
Parking
The Castlefield Rooms has 40 free parking spaces next to the venue, as well as additional on-street parking nearby. These spaces are clearly signposted and are shared with customers of the Dukes 92 bar and Albert’s Shed restaurant. On arrival, you will need to validate your vehicle registration on the terminal inside Dukes92 bar. We are able to reserve up to three spaces for guests with mobility requirements. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to reserve a space for you. If the venue car park is full, we recommend the Duke Street Car Park, which is just a couple of minutes’ walk away.
By Air
Manchester Airport offers direct flights from the US and across Europe, though some routes may require connections/transfers. Getting from the airport to the city centre takes around 25–60 minutes by car or taxi, or approximately 20 minutes by train to Manchester Piccadilly, with services running roughly every 10 minutes. There is also a tram link, though this takes a longer route and may require a change at Cornbrook.
Hotels
We don’t have any special rates or room blocks, so please use the search tools provided or your preferred booking sites. Hotel prices in Manchester city centre can rise quickly over public holiday weekends; as Monday 31st is a bank holiday, the entire weekend is likely to be busier and more expensive than usual. We recommend searching online and booking early. If you’d like our local recommendations or guidance on any hotels you’re considering, please feel free to get in touch. Our contact details are on the Q&A page, and we’re happy to help.

Things to do while you're here
We love Manchester, and want you to experience the best it has to offer, so we’ve put together a Google Map with some of our favourite spots, including places to eat, stay, and things to do if you’re visiting and staying a little longer.
Gifts
Your presence is your present, so please feel no obligation to give a gift. We don't need toasters or towels, we have plenty, but if you would like to help us celebrate, a small contribution to our future adventures would be hugely appreciated. Don't forget to leave a message so that we can send our thanks! If you'd prefer to make a contribution via a transfer in your local currency we've included a link to our multi-currency account with Wise, however you won't be able to leave a message.
Share your photos with us
We’d love to put together a collection of moments from our wedding and would be so grateful if you could contribute. Please feel free to take photos throughout the day and upload them to our shared Google album, either during the event or afterwards. It will be wonderful to see the day through everyone’s eyes. Please note that the online album will be accessible to anyone with the link, so only add your standout best shots rather than a full photo-dump, and keep in mind that everyone can see what you post. We'll lock the collaboration capability around a month after the wedding, but we'll add some of our official wedding photos once they're available too so that you can all access them.
