Attire: We’re going for smart, but remember, it’s May in Mallorca, so expect sunshine and warm temperatures (fingers crossed). Think “looking lovely without melting.” Light, breezy fabrics are perfect, and jackets or long sleeves are totally fine if they’re summer-friendly. Dressy summer outfits, floaty dresses, linen suits — all very welcome. And for our Scottish contingent: Kilts are absolutely welcome! Just keep in mind that Mallorca in May is a very different vibe to a breezy Edinburgh day… so maybe plan for a little extra heat! In short: smart, summery, comfortable — and ready to enjoy the sunshine with a drink in hand.

Accommodation and Travel Information
Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place at Finca S’Olivaret, a beautiful and historic boutique hotel nestled in the stunning Mallorcan countryside. Surrounded by olive groves and breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountains, it’s the perfect setting to celebrate our special day. The finca is just a 15-minute drive from where Charlie grew up, adding a personal touch to the location. There are 28 rooms available at the hotel, and there are still a handful left for the wedding dates. If you would like to stay at Finca S’Olivaret from 8–10 May 2026, please let us know so we can confirm availability and help coordinate your booking. If the hotel becomes fully booked, there are several lovely alternatives in and around Alaró, including: El Nido de Alaró Petit Hotel Alaró Can Xim Finca Banyols These are just a few of the hotels in Alaró. We’ve looked at many amazing places nearby—both hotels and Airbnbs—at very affordable prices. If you have any issues finding somewhere to stay, please let us know and we’ll be more than happy to advise. Mallorca is very easy to get around, and most places are only a short drive from the venue, so you’ll have lots of flexibility with where to stay. We recommend having a look at flights as soon as you can to secure the best options and prices, as return flights to Mallorca are currently very reasonable. When booking, please remember to check surrounding airports (for example, Glasgow). If there aren’t suitable flight times directly to Palma de Mallorca, flying via a major hub such as London or Barcelona is a great alternative, as flights from Barcelona to Mallorca are very frequent.
Getting to Finca S'Olivaret
If you need a taxi from the airport, you can simply join the taxi queue outside the terminal. Airport taxis will take you anywhere on the island, including directly to Finca S’Olivaret. Buses to and from Alaró on the wedding day are still to be confirmed, and we’ll share more information soon. However, if you’d like to arrange taxis in the meantime, here are some reliable local services that know the Alaró area well: Taxi Alaró Typically available from 06:00 to midnight Phone: +34 628 188 820 Taxi 24 Mallorca Island-wide taxi and transfer service; pre-booking recommended Phone: +34 611 16 46 43 Email: info@taxi24mallorca.com Taxi Mallorca 365 Another great option for pre-booked journeys to and from the venue Phone: +34 650 322 269 Email: info@taximallorca365.com
Our Honeymoon and Future Adventures Fund
We know that many of you are travelling all the way to Mallorca to celebrate with us, and we truly couldn’t be more grateful. Your presence on our special day means the world to us, and we want you to know that **we do not expect any gifts at all** — having you there is more than enough. However, if you would like to give us something, a contribution to our 'honeymoon and future adventures together' would be incredibly appreciated. It’s by no means expected, but it will help us create memories to last a lifetime. Thank you for your love, support, and for making the journey to be with us.
