Freya&Daniel

Every love story has an official version and a real version. Ours has at least two, Freya's and Daniel's — and somewhere in between them sits the truth. It was 2021, and we were both working in London. Freya was out on a date at a cocktail bar in the city. Daniel was a few tables over with work colleagues, and depending on who you ask, either "seized the moment" or "was given a bit of Dutch courage." Either way, the second Freya's date stepped away from the table, Daniel walked over, handed her his number, and told her, quite confidently, that she'd be calling him by the next evening. She did. What followed were years of adventures together. From long weekends to bucket-list trips, we've explored New York, Portugal, Berlin, Seville, Majorca and more, collecting life long memories along the way. Then, in March 2026, on a trip to Paris, Daniel finally asked the question — and this time, there's only one version of the story that matters: she said yes.
